KAWABU Citron Aomikan (Green mandarin) 720ml

This is Shitoron Aomikan from Kawabu Brewery in Taki, Mie Prefecture. It's a refreshing blend of Japanese sake base, domestically sourced Seminole fruit juice, with accents of yuzu juice from Mie Prefecture. With abundant fruit juice, it has a characteristic cloudiness. The sweetness of mandarin oranges combines perfectly with the acidity of yuzu.

Adding soy sauce to liqueur and using it as a substitute for ponzu sauce, or dipping sauce for dumplings, is also delicious.
